Is anyone heading to Des Moines for first round games??

I was thinking of making the drive over on Saturday if we play the gaggies. Would love to meet up with any Hornfans that happen to be there.

@horninchicago is likely to be measuring carry-ons for Frontier and charging the poor ******** who packed one shirt too many into their luggage $100 a pop for their transgression.

 

Wow, that's pretty funny. Maybe dumb asses who ignore the multiple emails reminding them of a policy we have had in place for years but didn't properly enforce ought to pull their collective heads out of their asses and stop being ******** trying to cheat us out of money.

Or, they can fly another airline and pay 2 or 3 times more for a ticket to the same place, regardless of bag size or even if they have a bag or not.

So, no, that isn't part of my job dealing with ******** who do that. Poor ********, my ***.

 

@LHABSOB my daughter has a band concert that day. But, I have a brisket in the freezer that will be thawed and smoked when it warns up outside. I'll have y'all over.

I kinda' thought you might have a take on that situation.

For what it's worth, I think people who deliberately overstuff carry-ons and then cause trouble for everybody else while boarding as they attempt to cram their bags into spaces that they KNOW are too small should be penalized more harshly than merely paying a $100 fine.

Maybe force them to put a pair of XS fishnet stockings on Rosie O'Donnell or something similar would be a suitable punishment.

 

In other words, that IS hic's job!!!

Does anyone know if we will be session 3 or 4 on Saturday? I was considering driving up but don't know what tickets to look for or what time game will be.

family issue changed plans and not going tonight but even better-- this allows us to go to KC to see the sweet 16-- of course they will win tonight.!!
