ESPN mock Jonathon Brooks to the Raiders, T'Vondre Sweat to the Cowboys and Ja'Tavion Sanders to the Texans in the 2nd round. Christian Jones should hear his name called today as well.
You may do or post what you wish. Just as I. IMO, your first post about X’s party was a judgment made on the basis of one photo. You have no idea what people in that room are thinking about or even who they are. For someone who claims to be a Longhorn fan and then leap to a negative conclusion, especially when we have seen so much evidence to the contrary this past season, is ludicrous. Your response/your post was bizarrely insulting to what Sark and the players have worked hard to establish over the past year.
My Jayhawker/Chiefs relatives are very happy. As is Patrick Mahomes give 2-emoji reaction to Chiefs trading up for record-breaking receiver
If you stay out of West Mall, Hornfans is a remarkably civil place to exchange opinions. There may be an occasional sharp exchange, but regular posters are a nice lot. Thanks to all you nice folks keeping it friendly.
For his long-term career outlook, I hope he is drafted before Dallas gets a chance. The Cowboys are rapidly becoming a dysfunctional organization - and the chances of winning in the playoffs are going downhill. Brooks deserves better.
I'm with Falcon's owner Arthur Blank...in wondering why his GM just signed Kirk Cousins to a $180 million contract and then used the 8th pick on a quarterback? At least Jerry Jones is spending his own money.
Sweat to Titans with pick 6 in second round (38 overall). Brooks to Carolina Panthers pick 14 second round (46 overall).
I have been watching on the NFL network, so perhaps this was also shown on ESPN. When Mitchell was selected, of the first 52 picks, Texas was the only team that had 5. That certainly speaks extremely well for player development.
For all of y'all saying Sweat was going drop to the 3rd or 4th round because of his DWI.....I told ya so. He actually went much earlier in the 2nd round than what I heard he was originally projected late in the 2nd. Congrats to him! I'm surprised AD went "so late". Don't get me wrong, 46th overall isn't bad.
