    Indeed! Was moist though it looks dry. We had pork tacos and pork bbq sandwiches from it.

    How long did this take? Also, the only coals were in those corner boxes? How did they keep it hot enough? This is incredible and makes me want to build one of those in my backyard! Looks pretty simple!

    10-12 hours. Yes it was plenty hot from just those coals. In fact it was too hot and we had to spread the coals around.
