There's two ways to look at the situation with Florida Cow College: 1) This is a school that won a national championship in spite of Jimbo 2) This is a school that screwed up a longstanding tradition of free food for players at the grocery store after only 25-35 years Which will this be?
I'm struggling with this. I grew up in SEC country as a Tennessee fan. I just can not fathom Texas in the SEC. It just doesn't seem/feel like a fit to me. I guess it doesn't matter what I think because the logo is on the field.
I feel I speak for the burnt-orange-est segment of the University from way back to say that the SEC is our battleground, not our banner. It’s our new competitive league, not our new club.
