Coach Pierce Loss of Confidence Thread – Hope the guy doesn't have a death wish

After watching this tournament showing, I can only hope the guy doesn't have a death wish, but we are not SEC ready, convince me I’m wrong

 

I can't.

 

If this program shows up in this state next year we'll land somewhere in the 7th to 10th place range in conference play. We barely survived a very mediocre Big XII schedule having to sweep Kansas with two 9th inning rallies to hold on to 3rd place.

 

The players seem to have no urgency or fire in their bellies to be champions.

And that attitude starts with the coach.....

 

It seems 2024 baseball and basketball are mirror images of each other.

 

I think you misread the mental states of the players.

‘The players just don’t give a flip’ does NOT seem to be a problem with this team.

 

Pitching was sub-par. Whoever is responsible for that should be gone.

 

Hard to believe they just lost to UC.

Having watched David on his LHN talk show, he strikes me as weak &/or timid. I don't mean that personally; I'm sure he is a very nice guy, but I'm not sure he is the right guy for Texas. He is certainly no Augie.

Dang, I had to google that one. I grew up in the Dallas area and there we'd refer to "Terrell" as a euphemism for state mental hospitals, lol
