The schedule called for 15 games in 19 days. That's where I stopped counting.

    Are you f'ing kidding me?

    Thank God for the rain.

A lot of the Northern teams have been doing that for years to catch up with the Southern jumpstart on baseball. [IMG]

The way I understand it, most of them just played their road non-conf games early, so that they didn't have to compress their schedule. I remember seeing quite a few of those teams come through the Disch over the years, in fact.

Then they went and made their problem everyone's problem.

How is that the right thing to do? Everyone has inherent advantages and disdvantages in every sport. They just whined until they got their geographic weather disadvantage legislated away.

The Southern teams are available early in the season to play the Northern teams. Who was the person that had the change approved?

    What if,

The Southern Schools told the Northern Schools that they could not start the Football season until October 1st because it was TOO HOT.
