classic baylor... when i made my last post, they missed a jam. they just missed an easy bucket, KU went down and got a 3. baylor is down, maybe out. momentum is turning and you can see it in the players
Baylor's regained the lead and pushed it to seven, 65-58. It's been said before but it's worth repeating: the Bears are atrocious defensively. Their only hope of winning is to shoot well and hope the other team doesn't. On the flipside, I'm impressed with how well Kansas D's it up, especially for a team of freshmen and sophomores.
So it's K-State, then Baylor to get to the finals. I don't see why we can't get that far. Would be pretty wild to see Baylor go on a tear and win the whole damn thing. Some bubble team would get dissappointed.
Good for Baylor. I wouldn't have minded seeing Kansas win, either--assuming we get past K-State, it'd be nice to have another crack at the Jayhawks. Beating them would've given our seeding a nice boost, too. I guess we'll just have to win the whole thing now. I won't hold my breath.
