    Surely the National Enquier should have won a pulitizer at some time in its history for breaking news reporting.

    They should lose one of the pulitzers as a result of the Vicki Iseman/John McCain story.

    The Pulitzer carries about as much weight as the Heisman after Vince got snubbed.

    I think we are seeing a real dumbing down of the Pulitzer. Of course when all the newspapers fold there won't be a need for the award.
