Looked like he got hurt on the play that he ran into Thomas. Beasley filled in well, but we need Williams back.
Beasley really needs to learn when to look back for the ball. He was so hyped up as a recruit, but I don't think the college game light bulb has ever come all the way on for him. Get well soon, Aaron--we're gonna need ya back out there!
Beasley would have been a good fit on offense, IMO, but we desperately needed players at CB and Beasley was fairly good on that side of the ball as well.
okay then let's get the third stringer out there. I've seen enough and watched the experts on here write about him forever it seems. Who is a redshirt or true freshman 3rd stringer to play instead of this guy?
I'm willing to bet Williams is a bruised knee. It looked like the other player came down on his legs after the pass break up early in the game.
On another thread it was described as a strained patellar tendon. A sprained knee is something different that involves ligament damage. A "strained" tendon is not as severe.
why LOL at the idea of someone other than Beasley playing? We recruit 3 and 4 star recruits every year at every position. We've got someone who can do better than Beasley, how am I wrong?
Wells, Brewster, or Vaccaro, their size & aggresiveness makes up for lack of reps compared to Beasley IMO. Not a Deon fan, he seems lost or late reacting too often. He has made some good plays, but not nearly consistent enough for a Senior
In my opinion they arebetterchoices, in yours not. I t really only matters who Akina & Boom think is better. And apparently they prefer Deon right now. We're just discussing our opinions.
