Titans have 4 games left. Road game at Indy and then home for 3 straight...rams, seattle and chargers. I think the titans need to win out to make wild card. They should beat the rams and seattle. They are catching indy on a good week. Indy came back and won a big game on the road in houston and clinched the division. They may catch indy flat next week and could pull an upset. Chargers are starting to play good right now. The titans get them at home on the last game of the season and they can hope the chargers are not playing for anyhting and have clinched their division and decides to rest their players. Regardless, they have to beat the colts this week.

    Actually its 5 games.

    @ Indianapolis Colts
    St. Louis Rams
    Miami Dolphins
    San Diego Chargers
    @ Seattle Seahawks

Currently there are 7 teams, 3 @ 6-5 / 4 @ 5-6 all fighting for that last wildcard spot. 9-7 may not be good enough. Of course the Broncos at 7-4 could easily keep stumbling opening up a 2nd wildcard spot. How great would it be for Denver to start 6-0, Tennessee to start 0-6 and have the Titans beat them out for the playoff spot.

The Titans lose every single tiebreaker to every team in the league (except the Texans). So the only way for them to make the playoffs is if only one of Baltimore, Pitt, and Denver make it to 10-6. Unfortunately, given all their schedules, that's fairly unlikely.
