Please start making free throws and take the big white guy out.

Is it really that difficult for these announcers to hear the air horn?? Should have thrown that lady out of the arena.

Wonder if she's the mother of one of the players. Either way, she's a PITA that should have been tossed.

we are shooting below 37%....from the line.

That's the difference this half, and will be the game if we dont do better the second half.

I'm not seeing why Lucas is getting so many minutes

Where has Pittman been? I've been watching since about the 16 minute mark and haven't even seen him in the game.

Dex and Balbay both picked up 2 quick fouls. Lucas needs to take a seat and our bigs (besides James) need to contribute.

Texas had 6 fouls within the first 3 minutes and had trouble getting into an offensive rhythm. I expect a much better showing this half.

I really like how MSU guards shoot the ball. They are so active and move all over the floor. That has been a trademark for a while.

I think "Hackabalbay" just started. Barnes is going to have to make a decision on whether he wants to leave Dogus in, because if I'm MSU I put him on the line every time down.

I watched most of the first half, but missed the second. I'll watch it tonight on ESPN360.

Still, what I saw earlier was really disturbing with respect to team defense with Lucas on the floor. He definitely was doing some good things on offense in moving the ball to open shooters, but on the other end, things were falling apart. I don't think he's to blame for all of it, but I certainly hate seeing a 6'0" guard shooting or passing over the top of defender with impunity.

Double digit win over top 10 opponent despite shooting 42% from the line and having Pittman saddled with fouls. Even when things go really wrong, this team can beat great opposition.

The difference was Damion James and the Horns defensive intensity. Dude is playing possessed, compared to his tentativeness earlier in the season. He is a rebounding machine and quickly becoming a dominant scoring threat when he penetrates to the basket.

If he could improve his ft shooting % by 10% he would shine even more.

Just like UNC, MSU wore down. They lost a step by 10:00 left in the 2nd. They weren't cutting off the lanes on defense and coudn't turn the corner on offense. The jump shots stopped falling. We kept subbing in fresh legs and took over. A lot of teams can beat us for a half. Very few can hang with us for 40 minutes.

That said, I thought MSU looked better than us until they started to slow down. They have some solid shooters and run good cuts and back screens. With their defense and 3 point shooters, they will win a lot of games.

On another note, Jay Bilas is the best color commentater in all of basketball.
