If you were to catch them in the act doing that, is there any level of physical harm/self defense (sicking your dog on them, pulling out the shotgun to hold them the police came, beating them with a baseball club, running them down with your car...) that would be legal?
So, Aggy wins the "Capture the Flag" competition this year. How does that affect the State Farm Lone Star Challenge standings?
The Castle Act would not come into play if they were on your yard? What if you thought you saw them brandishing a weapon and while thrashing your flag they said to you, "*******, we are going to kill you and wrap you in this flag as a shroud". Can you then bust a cap in that ***?
If you cap them, make damn sure they're dead. Then it's your word against.....nobody. Cops do it all the time.
I've had two flags stolen from the front of my house... I have some bricks that make a "patio" in front of my house and I had my second flag stolen from the bricks with the flag pole holder STILL IN THE BRICK!!! I had a nice hole in my wall where the brick USED to be.. This happened the day after Thanksgiving 3 years ago when we lost to A&M.. and it was one of my CHAMPIONSHIP flags that had the 4 national championship years on it!!! I have a sOOner that lives across the street from me, but he is an older guy, so I know he wouldn't take it. We always have friendly conversations as well... I know there are some aGGies living down the street from me, so I'm pretty sure those *** clowns are the ones that stole BOTH of my flags (2005 Championship Flags to boot DAMMIT!!!) Still haven't found out who did it, but I really would like to beat the *** clowns with my shovel if my next Championship Banner will be stolen!!!
