Mullen is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 5 cornerback in the nation. He is a U.S. Army All-American and was invited to The Opening Finals this summer. He holds more than 40 offers from mostly major programs.

Mullen's length is one thing. The fact that he's able to carry that frame while moving like a much smaller prospect is quite another. His height-agility combination is rare and it allows him to recover if he concedes a step or two down field. Beating Mullen is tough, and keeping him from closing once you do so in even tougher.

Mullen is a pure cover corner that locks down with a nice blend of speed and length. His long arms are certainly an asset, and he smoothly transitions out of his backpedal when it's time to turn and run.
