On now, repeats at 12:30 tonight.

Bourdain visits Thomas Keller at the French Laundry.

Funny to see him nervous and humble in front of another chef.

I just finished watching it. Absolutely incredible. Has anyone here eaten there? Is it everything you expected?

It's amazing. I liked my meal at Per Se more.

I have not been able to secure a reservation yet. I want to go badly. I hear it is unparalleled. I have eaten at Bouchon which was a bit pedestrian. Much more casual than I had anticipated but the food was excellent.

I have eaten there. Worth every penny (and it was a LOT of pennies).

A certain Texas Ex was Keller's sommelier for the past several years. I think he may well have had the best job in the world.
