This explains why Brown went against the set play called that would have given Hamilton the final shot against Nebraska. His analytical mind spontaneously deduced that giving the ball to someone that was 3-16 for the game did not compute, so he launched the ball himself - defender in his face be damned! Jordan did say that considering his shooting performance in the game, he wouldn't have passed the ball to himself either, so they both must be pretty smart!
