for the record, these numbers dont mean ****. ou is #1 per capita among public universities in the number of freshman national merit scholars enrolled. why? because they give them full rides. texas, on the other hand, gives them very little.
i think last year florida was number two... not sure its that big a deal. its better to be higher than lower though i guess.
