So, Herman has a $25 million guarantee over five years with Texas (with escalators that are not guaranteed) versus $75 million for Fisher. Wow. That is a big difference. Then the 21% for both. The question is this: Is Fisher worth $50 million more in risk? Even if you pare it down to five years, it's still $12.5 million more but that's a false economy; A&M is on the hook for the full amount REGARDLESS of performance.
