I am considering checking it out and wanted to know if anybody has any feedback.

If that is the apartments attached to the Littlefield parking garge, yes...I lived on the top floor back in the early nineties.

Split level, lot of fun if you still go to 6th street every night, and if you move there you probably will again.

Get ready to hear the busses at the bus stop across Brazos start hitting their air breaks @4:45am and the Black Cat (if that is still open) playing loudly until after 2.

No grocery stores around back then - had to go to the "Appletree" on enfield or eat out.

Very good security - whole lot of fun and a ton of hotties always around.

Oh, and prepare to spend a lot of time at the Driskil Bar

That is in the middle of the two shadiest bus stops in Austin. 6th and Congress. And Brazos and Congress.

I was rolling past the Brazos one a few weekends ago, and I saw an old woman literally pull her pull pants down near a trashcan and take care of business. I am all for keeping Austin weird but this was a bit much.

There are other places in downtown to live. I wouldn't live right there.
