boy this inning has been a disaster.

 

We just need to make this look respectable. Didn't we come from behind against OU in arlington in 3rd game of series? Pretty sure we put up like 10 runs in 2 innings against them. That'd be nice to see again.

 

I think Pierce set an NCAA record for the times "********" was said in a single conversation. Apparently, the umps threw him out, but there was no signal and he didn't know it.

 

WTF people... what a horrible inning.....

 

They ejected Coach Pierce from the game. When Pierce said Franklins bbq in Austin is better than Sammy’s in Dallas—the ump has enough and booted him.

 

Pierce ejected. Suspension will be served in the regional.

 

I love aaron nixon but i dont want to see him on the mound anymore this year.

 

So, now that I got a chance to see Nixon since he’s started struggling, looks like he‘s not fooling the batters, I know that sounds like a duh but pitching is a game of deception and he’s not decieving them at all. When they see his ball coming down the strike zone, they can assume it’s going to be right down the middle cause he’s not getting close when painting the corners inside or out of the zone. There’s a whole lot more to it, basically he needs to be closer to the zone, too wild. Not sure we r going to get him back in the tourney cause he looks a ways off to me.

Well hell, I was checking phone and it was 1-0 Horns. Get home and turn on the TV and its 8-1 Sooners. I will say it again Texas is a top five team when Hansen or Gordon start and its just a hope and a prayer with everyone else. That said if you had told me Tuesday night that Texas would get three wins in Arlington I would have taken it as that should, emphasis on should, get Texas a regional host.

 

5 hits for OU through 5 innings. We are winning right?

 

How do you get 8 runs in 5 hits? 5 hits, 3 BB in one inning and the last hit is a HR that clears the bases.

 

If Tristan can find his form and slip back into the three spot in the starting rotation for the tournament Texas can make a run these next few weeks. Three strong innings after the first pitch home run and combine that with 3 appearances earlier in this week, I like him in a third starter role a whole lot more than Morehouse.

 

Hes just getting older, as are we all.

 

I don't mind getting older so much as I hate being told to "grow up"

 

We have a much better chance of winning a super regional than this tournament. We would only have to win 2 games. I will take our lineup, defense, and top 2 starters against anyone. We have a championship lineup, championship defense, 2 championship starters, and a little league bullpen.

 

I've remarked to others from time-to-time that I say sarcastic things and act immature sometimes so I seem younger than I am...

 

I am concerned about the 3rd and 4th game of the regional.
