Chuy's queso

Does anyone out there know the recipe for Chuy's queso?

 

cheese and stuff.

 

I have no idea, but Chuy's salsa/queso bar may be the greatest idea ever conceived. Free queso and taco meat makes me a happy boy.

I have always wanted to know the recipe for the Hula Hut's
red salsa. I know it has pineapple, I have made salsa with pineapple but haven't got it quite right yet.

 

You can probably buy their queso by the pint or whatever. I've bought pints of their creamy jalapeno sauce before.

 

I know I can buy it, been there done that. It is really expensive. I just wanted to make my own and hoping someone could at least tell me the ingredients of Chuy's. Oh well...

I don't have Chuy's queso recipe - but I want Chuy's tortilla soup recipe - best tortilla soup IMHO!

 

I can't help with that but I've gotten pretty close to the creamy jalepeno. Put ranch dressing in your blender and add a jalepeno. Puree. Get out the chips and enjoy.

 

Yeah, the creamy jalapeno dip at Chuy's is great - I'll try your suggestion!
