Did anyone see Dolcini?? I didn’t see her in the team huddle after the game and then they just showed Czech in the bullpen warming up and Dolcini not in sight?
I wouldn’t mind it for like 2-3 innings if she can hold them to no runs but, Dolcini is the ultimate competitor. Our staff has done a great job this post season but, I think Dolcini is who needs to close this game out. To much on the line to not go with your ace.
This is what I was afraid of. Mike White should’ve at least started Simpson and could’ve put Czech back in after a few innings but it’s now the 4th straight time they have seen her.
Even if we come back to win it is a decision that absolutely should be questioned, pulled after two innings 3ER.
Mike White has made all the right decisions up to now and they have made it all the way to 3 teams standing! Not going to second guess until it’s all over.
Dolcini looks exhausted. Easy to see why she is worn out with all the innings she has pitched! Can see what Mike was seeing in her! Hats off to her for her stamina and helping us get to where we are.
