He's clearly joking. We don't have tight ends in our offense.

 

I was about to say the same thing... what's a TE?

 

Also a quote from Major talking about DJ Monroe:

He sure likes to use Monroe as an example a lot.

Its extremely bad joss to use "tight end" and "helicopter" in the same sentence.
