The fact that they only have four seniors on their squad that even warrented a workout tells you how bad they were.

Someway, somehow, it has to be Tyrone Willingham's fault.

 

Those are Ty's players, don't you know? It is his fault that they are going pro and did not do well. He coached ND poorly.

 

Their 2003, 2004, and 2005 were atrocious.

Lots of talent in the 06, 07, and 08 groups.

 

Tom Lemming threatened to stage a protest.

 

I was being sarcastic with the last post. I would love to see ND's recruiting classes compared to those schools. I highly doubt any of those teams were ranked higher. Even if they somehow were, it's a small margin. Getting blown out by the likes of MSU, GT, Purdue, and AFA is a reflection on poor coaching, not lack of talent.

Considering for the past 2 years, the performance of our secondary as a unit, yet the talent of those players... I do not think we should ask this question.
