... I got my teeth knocked out by a chainsaw" Behold the pride of Kentucky: The Turtle Man. This was on the Statesman website the other day. Not sure why. My favorite part is at the end when he describes all the cuts of meat on a turtle. Also when he describes his ancestry, including 1/4 Union and 1/4 Confederate.
One of the coolest/funniest/strangest things I've seen in a while. Hilarious. I would not want to get bit by one of those suckers. And that Indian call is second to none. Outstanding Turtle Man, outstanding.
Similar to "catfish noodling", where these guys stick their hands into underwater crevices and pull out these enormous catfish. I was reading an article about it on the Internet once and one of the "noodlers" interviewed and pictured for the story shared the same last name as me. I have an extremely unique surname and the guy was in S. Dakota, where my father's family came from. He was most definitely a relative. Kinda scary
