not romance related....but teach you son to have a firm and deliberate hand shake. It will serve him well the rest of his life.
first get him a dinner date (it's just dinner). then have her pay for it the lesson: women are taking over our jobs. let them pay.
Your post indicates that THEY should take over YOUR job. Probably just an inartful comment, but the notion that women are taking over OUR jobs is not one you should share with women or many men.
