Does racism make murder worse? Does murder without racism make it better?

I understand the news media is pushing a political narrative so that more people will vote for Cultural Marxists, but isn't this a twisted wicked view point? It's not news if the right person murders the right person using the right method, but it is news if the wrong person murders the wrong person with the wrong method? It is a dehumanizing, sick mentality.

And these people control the flow of information in our country. The sick, twisted, dehumanizingly wicked people.

There were 3,800 anti-Asian racist incidents, mostly against women, in past year
    3,800 > 2,800.

I agree a little with the new entrant in the reasonable man club,
Horns11, that Trumps is more of a barometer. He's not the spark to the fire. He's the diesel that you pour on the outside of the brush pile to make sure it all goes up in flames.

Your link quotes numbers of self-reports, not confirmed reports, from a site that clearly also has an agenda. Considering how many faked claims by multiple races there have been in recent years, you will have to color me jaded...or is being jaded ALSO racist in your eyes?

Your article also expressly claims that a 'surge' cannot be properly stated because there are incidents that were reported other than in the year they allegedly occurred.

It was interesting that damned near half of the incidents were claimed in California, home of wokeness. Add in New York and you have close to 60% of the total.

Further, an attack does NOT mean there was racial animus. Some of those incidents were "shunning." Yes, being ignored is now somehow a cause to claim an incident. One of these years, I hope people will remember that there is no right to have other people pay attention to you...

Covid 'hate crimes' against Asian Americans on rise
This was written 3/1/21. The United Nations noted a rise in anti-Asian crimes before this.

My hometown quit playing sports against an all white town about 30 miles away due to shunning. They would not serve black kids in the concession stand line. They'd just look around them.

Self-reports are NOT evidence of actual crimes. And when one out of five is because someone ignored them by allegedly moving to a different side of the room, that is NOT a crime. Further, only 8% of the alleged claims surrounded workplace discrimination claims or a denial of service. So you cannot even offer up a valid apples to apples comparison.

You ALSO ignore that the AAPI site was ENTIRELY self-report and that 60% of those self-reported claims came from California and New York.

You CONTINUE to ignore that just because someone has something they don't like happen to them, it does NOT mean it had racial animus behind the action. Sometimes people just are a-holes...

I had no idea that could (or would) still happen anywhere in the US today. Color me astonished, seriously astonished. Not saying there are no longer people with those idiotic feelings just cannot imagine it happening today.
I feel exactly the same about the degendering proponents.

Because my Asian friends are laughing at the media pushing this narrative. Crimes against Asians doesn't make them racist crimes by default. The bigger question is why I never see anyone but Asians working in Asian food restaurants. That seems pretty obviously on purpose. Why is that allowed?

Did the FBI compile these stats? If so then 'maybe Richard Jewel ate yo baby ', as elaine benes might say.

Some of us socialize with Asians on a daily basis. Others amongst us post links. Enjoy your day. Turn off CNN. Don't be a racist or bigot and live a good life.

Perhaps because of the watering down of what is claimed as a 'hate crime' or the self-reported 'hate incident.' Hate crime, by that groups OWN REPORTS used to include only actual crimes. So excuse the eff out of me if I don't get worked up about a move from four to a number still less than fifty in a County the size of OC...

I realize, however, that understanding statistics and the fallacy of self-reporting gets in the way of you getting your woke points...but no brownie for you.

I saw a piece on TV the other day. Sorry no link. But the videos they showed were mostly black assailants but also white people too. Is there evidence this is largely white people attacking Asians?

is it sexist to say that most assaults are committed by men of some race? In fact, I will go out on a limb and say most crimes of any sort are committed by men. I represent females on occasion but only about 10% of my clients are female at peak.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of dolts out there who can't comprehend that there is a huge difference between the CCP and a random Chinese (or any Asian) person they see on the street. These are the same sort of a$$holes who used to attack Sikhs after 911 because they thought they were Arabs...

Most Chinese Americans I know have ties with Taiwan, or at least don't care for the CCP in any event.

White and Hispanic from what I've read. There was at least another Hispanic that was shot but didn't die.

From what I can glean from the limited information that's available, kid had an infatuation with "happy endings" that didn't jive with the repression of his religious upbringing. He spent 6 months in a rehab clinic for his sex addiction and was kicked out of the home by his parent the day before because of obsessive porn watching.

I don't know if he is anti-Asian but from what I've been told they are the dominant actresses in his fetish as are the predominant owners/massage therapists though I have no first hand experience in either. This kid knew where to target and drove 27 miles between the first and the second/third Asian massage parlors.

Personally, I want more information before declaring the act was or wasn't racially motivated. I can't imagine the bridge between obsessing over "happy endings" to murdering 8 people. There must be more to the story that has yet to unfold.

Do you have a link that reports on, as you put it, the dominant actresses in his fetishes being Asian?
He knew where these places were since he had previously visited them.

calling these people massage therapists is an insult to people who actually are.

Massage therapy is not what goes on in these "spas"

The bigger story is why are people( mostly Asian) allowed to open massage parlors that everyone knows are fronts for prostitution and human trafficking.
