Need photoshop help on pic from Aggy nephew's cake

I need help photoshopping eaTme on this pic from his wedding tonight.

Inside the cake there should be Burnt Orange cake since deep inside the souls of Aggies is big daddy, UT. We are their identity.

 

I can clearly see that sheep saying, Baaaa, which as aggy knows, means NO.

 

This is getting close to classic worthy!
