What’s up with that? Serious question, what is the rationale that abandoning the 600 plain clothes law enforcement individuals will help the situation?
It might be a good thing if those 600 officers were put in uniform and added to those already on the beat, but I doubt that is their intent.
Sounds like Barney Miller is out of a job. You know who the new police will be in the Italian neighborhoods, I'm pretty sure that businesses will be more than happy to pay that protection money now. Thank you Godfather.
