On a related note, there's the following article in today's Statesman regarding the APR of all Texas programs, as well as the other Big 12 football APR rates. Congrats to the Horns football program for a perfect score of 1000 for the 2012-13 year. It's not quite as bad as losing one-sixth of the practice time. Oklahoma State can practice 18 hours over five day. Regular limit is 20 hours over six days.
