one day in BA?

I'll be hunting in Cordoba next week and we fly back into BA late on an afternoon. We'll have dinner that night, then we've got all the next day (until about 6:00 p.m.) to kill before heading to the airport.

Staying at the Alvear. Anyone have some sights or recommendations for things to do in that one morning/afternoon?

Have the chance to play golf at the Jockey Club, but I suck at golf and would rather see something better than a sand trap.
