Is there a good website/software that can help me plan sales calls? I will be taking a mon-fri to visit as many of my customers as possible. Plan to start in D.C. and drive to NY.

I'd like to simply enter in a list of customer addresses and pc spit out best route plan. I know i can put all addresses in tomtom or mapquest, but have not figured out a way to get them to auto-order in best possible way. Also have Delorme Street Atlas software if anyone knows a good way to do it with that. Suggestions?

Google Maps can do it. Just enter the endpoints and intermediate destinations and it will do the rest. You can manually adjust the course if necessary. If you have a Google account you can save it into "My Maps" for future reference.

Wow, the infamous "traveling salesman" problem is actually a TRAVELING SALESMAN problem. Sorry, just a little computer science humor there [IMG]
