I had a company paint my house years ago. A heavy set guy did something almost that dumb. He put a chair on top of some rickety old scaffolding and was standing on his tip toes on top of the chair when he fell hard. Broke several bones in his wrist and fore arm and hurt his hip. I figured he’d sue me with my luck, but I think he was too embarrassed.
