I apologize for not completely understanding how systems work, but I have been struck by the intangible of a telephone call from an unnamed teenager stating she was married and impregnated at 15 by a fifty-plus year old guy being the grounds for the all out actions near Eldorado. If they don't have the ability to identify the caller, and have no idea of the whereabouts of the "husband", does it not seem that perhaps the precipitation of the raid falls in an area that could be litigious? I understand the need for protection of children etc. but what criteria will be used to determine if such a raid is acceptable if no only minor charges stem from it? I'm just wondering what others thoughts are, that is, besides everyone not liking "weirdos"
