What is it with Jimbo and food? At FSU it was crab claws; at aTm it's tacos.

    What next - skittles, M&Ms?

That's what happened last time so I guess it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Either way, I'm glad we'll have a cannon at the game. I can't wait to hear that first BOOM!

    Inside Texas says ...

.... Malcolm Epps continues to light it up. He's just too damn big. The corners struggle with the height, especially D'Shawn Jamison .....

Expectations are extremely high for the offense regardless of who we talk to. That's not the easiest thing to believe given the not-so-explosive unit last year, as well as the spring game, but Ehlinger is really throwing the ball around. Devin Duvernay seems poised for a big season. Last year we knew LJH was going to blow up based on practice/7-on-7 reports. We're beginning to think the same is possible for Duvernay in his senior season.

I was curious who the hardest workers on the team were. The names immediately mentioned were Junior Angilau and Joseph Ossai. This is a fun time of year as the beginning of the 2019 story arc. It'll be fun to hear who is progressing and pushing for playing time over the next two-and-a-half months...."

Ossai was the leading tackler in the Sugar Bowl.

At CB, with Anthony Cook out for the first half versus La Tech, D'Shawn Jamison and Kobe Boyce are battling to start opposite Jalen Green. Jamison has the edge at the moment but it wont be settled until August. Excluding freshmen, Green is the fastest DB and Josh Moore is the fastest WR.

Jake Smith getting a lot of discussion but IT says "he has a long way to go." Looks big -- "like a young safety."

Glad to hear Angilau is a real hard worker. He showed up well in the Spring game, has solid power, and pulls very well for such a big dude. I noticed two good pulls and blocks by Angilau on counter trey plays in the Spring game. Possible four year starter.

His pass blocking may not be the best, but imho it's already better than Vahe's.

With Cosmi, Angilau, and Braun, (along with Ingram, J Whitt, and Sam) we've got the makings of quite a running game.
