New place in the “Old Katy” part of town. We love it here. There’s a bit of an old Austin vibe in some spots and I know that’s part of the attraction for me.
Dion, Been in Katy for 20+ years on south side and can honestly say loved it until they decided to make it apartment haven. It is absolutely insane the apartment explosion around the new Costco.
You’re near 10 and 99 now, or further south? We were in Cinco Ranch (Mason @ Fry area) for 16 years. It was a great place to raise the kids. Now we’re right by Peckham Park. We should get together sometime.
