    guitarists of all time...............they got Stevie Ray way too low at 12.................top 5 are Beck, Richards, Page, Clapton and Hendrix.

    Grossly underrated--Lightnin’ Hopkins: a top 10-15 level guitarist who did not even make the list.

    Other underrated guys who did not make the list—Terry Kath, Roy Clark, Ron Wood.

    Agree Terry Kath and Ron Wood should be on that list.

    Hard to pick a #1 but it would have to be Clapton for me.

    There are a lot of 60s-70s rock guitarists I like, but I don't really a favorite: Hendrix, Clapton, Alvin Lee, Leslie West, Pete Townshend just to name a few.
