Really, it appears to me at least that the centralized government no longer respects the payroll tax or trust fund set up to provide social security. It has been partially starved by 'Federal Family' Robber Barons Obama and current Congress, and for decades raided, borrowed against and IOU'ed out of its independence. It should be renamed to something more accurate like The Old Age Dole.
It has been a fraud for decades - long before Obama, John Boehner, or Harry Reid held political office. Obviously, Democrats led the charge to make it fraudulent, but the GOP has generally been complicit in it.
Imagine that our country is being run like a Saul Alinsky deciphel, how sad are the 50+ million people that voted for him, how sad.
