What was the song going to commercial break after Shipley's punt return TD? It was all instrumental, I think it was by Dave Matthews Band. I have it stuck in my head, anyone know what it is?
Most of the songs played for commercial breaks on ABC's Sat night football game are DMB songs. The song is called Trippin Billies.
There was some Zeppelin and Neil Young, also. However, I'm too depressed to play the tape of the game to see exactly which song was played after the punt return.
One was (definitely) a take from 'Cinnamon Girl' which, IIRC was a Neil Young song BUT recorded on a CSN&Y album... no need here to rewind and see if thats what your intrigue refers to (makes me ill to re-live the game) , but check out the above referenced song somewhere and see if thats it.
