Unnecessary roughness called on the Texans for a late hit on Ehlinger at the 5. 2 plays later, Ehlinger throws a TD pass. 10-7, Texans.
Colts recover a Texans fumble. On the next play, Elingher gets in trouble and throws it up for grabs. Texans get a pic 6. 17-7, Texans
Sam threw another pick, near the end zone this time. He is holding the ball too long. Needs to make quicker decisions
Very strange game. Houston loses and they get the # 1 pick. Yet they did everything they could to win the game, and they did. Going for two after they scored with 51 seconds remaining was a bit of a shocker, because again, if they lose, they have a number one pick. Also, on the scoring play for Houston (a Hail Mary type pass) it almost looked like the Indianapolis DB intentionally let the ball go through his hands. Who knows but it sure seemed like that was a possibility to me. It may not matter because Chicago (now # 1) probably won’t take a quarterback. Still, the end of the game and Houston’s desperation to try and win it was very odd to me.
The second interception had the DE looping around the OT and he hit the ball. just as SAm was throwing
The Texans organization? 1970 MNF from Astrodome. Oiler fan opened his eyes long enough to see camera and give what Dandy Don coined a salute to being #1 the Texans are way worse. But I am stoked that they won today! GATA
HTown I think they Kirby Kretin Korp is the worst franchise EVER. I won't type the five pages of incredibly stupid stuff they have done and continue to do. I have trouble watching the NFL, but even more problem with them. BY all accounts, Bob McNair was a good guy and great businessman. Cal lacks that business savvy. You realize that Cal McNair graduated frm Texas and is on our Athletics Council?
General Manager Nick Caserio is looking for his next fall-guy coach. At some point McNair needs to realize buck stops at him for the obvious lack of talent on the roster.
