poor guy. he's just doing the best he can.
Murph is a tool....already making excusing for Leake.
Great start to the inning
Rowe with a leadoff double!
If Leake had his good stuff tonight, we'd have negative runs.
I'm glad Rowe doubled but why would anyone throw him a FB. He moves his back foot and it puts him ahead of every offspeed pitch.
Whoever is calling pitches needs some help. Maybe guys are hitting 9th because they can only hit FBs.
So pleased Connor didn't swing at that crap first pitch and waited for some meat.
not sure I would bunt Torres
Damn, nice bunt.
That is SAFE you mother humper!!!
what a ******* ****** call -torres was safe on the sac bunt.
needs to speed it up so it's not so close??? are you f'ing kidding me??? blown call blue...
3 hits in a row. oh, wait
tie game baby.....come on Leake, keep hanging those pitches.
Queue the excuses for leake...in 3.....2.....
"Keep me in, coach!"
Owwwwweeeee... my arm! ESPN, make it better!!!
hope they leave Leake in.
come on Belt!
I think I figured out the whole nonstop Leake commentary: he's the only guy these announcers know anything about. Think Herscheiser is going to get to know 20-odd guys from Texas? Nah, too much work.
Did anyone notice that these guys didn't mention the tendonitis until he'd given up a couple of hits? Man you'd think if it was this debilitating, they'd have mentioned it right off the bat!
ugly AB for out 2.
Disappointing...Should have knocked him out that inning.
2-2 after 5
at least we tied it...
It's not even Orel calling teh game, it's Ryan's punching bag Ventura. You'd think a career hitter would talk about good hitting, but he's sticking with the ESPN script
Green still in there to start the 6th.
or maybe his twin Robin.
