A wild offensive game early and then the WVU bullpen shut down Texas, the latter part of the game. Texas battled, but couldn't hold WVU. An error gave WVU back the lead and then Texas just seemed cursed, they would hit balls that died at the track. Really looked liked Cantu's fly ball to left would easily be a homer and give Texas a 9-6 lead, but died at the fence. It's that type of year and now Texas has to win out, for a .500 regular season. One game left tomorrow, Texas tries to not be swept in two straight conference series, back at high noon, hope to be on time anyway.
Seriously, I don't recall a worse coaching/player performance in just about any UT sport!!! Yea, I get all the past NC's, yada, yada! Can Augie really stay past this season?!?
