thinking about putting a cat back system on a truck (5.7 tundra)...and i'm leaning towards a masterflow. it has a single exhaust model, which i like.

i'm also thinking about getting a k&n cold air intake and plugging in a chip.

anybody have any thoughts or advice about this? i'm hoping to squeeze out some extra power and mpg. will this stuff make an appreciable difference?

Doesn't the Tundra already have dual exhaust?

What you will notice is that you will spend about 1k for all of these upgrades, and you maybe just might get an extra mile to the gallon. The thing about Toyotas is that you can't fool the computer. It won't take long for the computer to pick up on the extra O2 and exhaust flow, and then make compensations in spark/timing to bring it back to factory specs.
