Glad it wasn't like this during my time in LHB.....having to fly back to campus on TDay afternoon was obnoxious enough.
It will be televised by ESPN for the first time since '93. Moral victory #5592: A&M 9-0 all-time in ESPN games! We'll see if that changes this year.
Guy on radio said it was moved away from turkey day at the start of the Big XII. Is that true? I thought it got moved when ATM was on probation??
The last time we played on Turkey Day was 1993; we played Baylor that day in both '94 and '95, but I think aggy was only on probation in '94...
I guess I'll have to get my folks to bring leftovers from home when they come up for the game -- with classes on Wednesday, it's not worth the drive home and back within a 24-hour period.
With this annoucement I'm definitely going to troll the Swap Meet, StubHub, and eBay for tix, and travel from southern CA to be there in person. Nothing like the electrified crowd of a night rivalry game.
****** *** change in my opinion. T+1 is tradition to me and it is FAR SUPERIOR as a day to have the game on. I won't be able to attend the damn game anymore because of this. Move it to Saturday so EVERYONE can go damn it.
