Refs always have the tendency to want to keep the game close.
I don't think they even do it on purpose.
The intentional foul was a whiff, the charge on JCovan...that rebound by Damion.

I always love it when someone is shooting well at the line the announcers say so then BAM two missed free throws by a 88% shooter
