Galvan. He can park this ball in Williamson County—even in this wind.

I guess I gotta stop griping about the pitching for a while. TCU totalled 1 run in the last 18 innings.

    We won the TCU series!!!!

    Let that sink in.
TCU was favored by many to win the conference at the start of the year.

This was a huge series win with major National implications.

    Great job Longhorns!!!

Meanwhile, Tech just beat W. Virginia in their second game of the weekend (rescheduled because of weather in Lubbock yesterday), which is good for us.

    LBJ was dealin’ today.

He looked completely back on track.

If we get more games like that from LBJ consistently, we’re in business.

Very nice win. I would love to see this two game win streak become something more and if this team would show up on Tuesdays and Fridays they could still do something surprising. If you had told me back in February that Texas would win the series with Tech and TCU I would have thought the Horns were doing something special but alas the Big XII is awful this year and those series wins mean not much at all.

Yep. It’s always fun to cheer for the Red Raiders when they’re not playing us.

Pierce blowing up and getting ejected might be a spark.

Rotate in Borba, Brown, and Service. Mix it up based on who has the hot bat.

How many series have we lost the Friday game, than come back and win the Saturday and Sunday games?

    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

UTA on Tuesday. Then on to Norman Friday for 3 crucial games with the land thieves.

You experts, who would your 3 starting pitchers be vs. ou? I'm thinking Grubbs, Ace, LBJ in that order?

That looks like who Coach has settled in with. The order might change around before post-season, but it's those 3. He appears set on keeping Boehm as our closer (and not moving him to starter), with DuPlantier as the #2 closer.

Boehm certainly has impressed as the closer lately and probably is more valuable there, than as a starter right now.
