batter squares around to bunt with 2 runners on which is exactly what I would do. Not a great bunt but Tumis hesitates, looks at 3rd and bobbles the ball.....all runners safe. No outs.

And that's the way it ends. TCU takes the game 5-0. We drop another Friday game but not because of our starting pitching.

Offense and Shaw let us down tonight. Great pitching by TCU tonight though.

 

If Ace can repeat the job Grubbs did tonight, we’ll get a win tomorrow.

 

I think Lummus is the guy we bring in instead of Shaw when Dre started to fade.

Shaw’s numbers are just horrendous this year. Not sure what happened to him. Could be lingering injury.

Lummus’ numbers are very respectable. He needs more innings.

 

And yeah, get Oliver Service more at bats. Maybe he plays 4 innings at the end of each game at LF or CF.

 

I vote we change the rotation of jerseys. Next Friday night start off with the orange jerseys, change our luck.
