They play rough. Tech's game at WVU was ugly. Lady Raiders seemed to be an a daze for a while - and got behind. Tech woke up and upped their intensity. WVU got in foul trouble, then Tech was able to drive on them succesfully. That was the game in a nutshell.
I think they underestimated how close the Big 12 games would be called. They average 21 fouls a game against 16 for opponents in the Big 12. Really, the only game I was surprised wasn't a foulfest was our game against in Morgantown when the Horns got whistled for 15 fouls vs 12 for WVU.
