It's not a big place. Any of the restaurants near the docks are pretty good, especially if they cook fish you just caught. There are many more options in Ixtapa.
We stayed at a hotel down the beach, Vill del Sol or someting like that. A fantastic restaurant there I can highly recommend.
Just got back from the trip. Thanks for all the suggestions. La Cala was incredible. Best restaurant I went to. Other restaurants were great as well - Case que Canta, Il Mare and Amuleto. Great trip and I recommend Zihua to anyone.
